Common issues
- Can’t sign in: Try email/password, Google, or Apple sign-in. If you enabled biometrics, you can still sign in normally without Face ID/Touch ID.
- Not receiving verification emails: Check spam/junk and ensure your inbox can receive emails from the SURP service.
- App crashes or won’t load: Force close and reopen the app. If it continues, email support with your device model, iOS version, and what you were doing.
Bookings, payments, and payouts
- Payments: Card payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- Host payouts: Hosts may need to complete Stripe onboarding before payouts can be received.
- Refunds/disputes: If you have an issue with a booking, contact support with the booking details and a short description of what happened.
Safety and verification
SURP uses identity verification tools to help keep the marketplace safer and reduce scams. Verification status and account tools may affect what actions are available in the app.

You can request deletion of your SURP account here: https://surp.com.au/delete-account
